Hi all,

I have got a problem to interpolate MRI data. For example, I have one MRI data acquired using standard geometry, i.e., the x-, y- and z-axis are aligned according to the directions of the main magnet. However, I have got another MRI data acquired with some angles (I know the angles).

The problem is how to do a proper interpolation for dataset one to align with the geometry of the second dataset? I am not sure how it is called, maybe 'reslicing'?

It is not rotate the dataset one. It is something like interpolate dataset one using the non-regular grid of dataset two. But the dataset is not rotated at all.

Please give me any tips if you know how to do it.

Thanks.
Aaronne.
