Please help me to represent the following time dependent exponential function in Simulink:
exp(-0.19s)
I tired using Matlab function block, but things did not work. I would appreciate if sb could give a detailed procedure how to achieve it.

This is a time delay of 0.19 seconds.
Use the Time Delay block.
