Plotting path through waypoints

Help!

I have a simple problem and I am sure I am over looking a simple answer but at the moment I just can't see it.

I have several waypoints on a grid system and I want to plot a path through them. Most direct and piecewise is fine. I was attempting a pchip route, but I keep running into errors and I am not sure that is the most simple way.

    148 188 1000

    ];

please help me see the (probably obvious) path to follow!
