I made a mistake in my previous comment. Here is an update
It looks like the loops definition in the thread function should be
for(j=ini;j<fin;j++)
for(i=0;i<cols;i++)
{
for(jj=0;jj<v;jj++)
for(ii=-v;ii<=v;ii++)
{
