Is it possible to make a video play through of points showing yaw, pitch, and roll values?

I have a bunch of surveys from AUVs and telemetry data is constantly recorded, I think the rate is 160 recordings per second so its alot of data. I think it would be cool to show the yaw pitch and roll values as three arrows showing their direction, I think it would be even better if I could create some kind of video that shows every point one at a time and you could watch the mission back to see the movement of the vehicle over time. Is this possible in Matlab? what tools might I use to show this? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can use VideoWriter.
