How do I update an ANN block in real time on Simulink?

I used the training tool of Matlab to create a Simulink block. This system is being used for a control system. However, the output of the block is always from the first input, and if I change the input in the middle of the Simulation, the output does not update. I am attaching an image that I hope it is helpful for my problem.

As I am using it for a control system, I would need it to update in the middle of the simulation. I was wondering if that is possible. I am also attaching the original .mdl file.
