How to reproduce driving wheels in simulink?

I need move a vehicle (imported from solidworks) in simulink. Precisely I want to give a torque to the driving wheels and have a resulting motion of the car.

I have already tried to create the road on solidworks and put the right constraints between road and wheels and activate the joints with an external torque but it does not work.
